Air Frier Pumpkin Seeds
Kaylee made pumpkin seeds last week in kindergarten, so I wasn't surprised when she asked to make them this year when we carved pumpkins. I'm not going to lie, the last time I tried to make them was a big fail, so I wasn't as excited about it as I could have been. I am now! Air Frying them was so quick and easy. This little girl worked so hard picking all these seeds out of the pumpkin guts last night I cannot wait for her to try them when she gets home form school! Here's how we did it:
Soak seeds in cold water to clean them (this helps separate all the stringy pumpkin gunk from the seeds).
Rise them off in a strainer and place in a bowl.
For every 2 cups of seeds I added:
Mix it up.
Cook them 1c. at a time in the air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes.
That's it! Quick and easy!!!! We've been snacking on these crunchy delicious seeds all day!
